Application

The annual application for RJTP has closed for AY 25-26. Check back June 2026 for the AY 2026-2027 application.

All UMTC advisors and all UMTC staff in advising-like roles are encouraged to apply. Applicants who primarily advise undergraduate students will be prioritized if the program reaches capacity. There is space for up to 20 participants.

The application takes approximately one hour to complete. The application form consists of responding to short essay questions in order to give the program’s facilitators more information about the cohort's experiences with racial and social justice work. There is no ideal or required length for your answers so the focus can be on quality (vs. quantity). Information submitted will be treated with the utmost care and confidentiality.
